What is digital strategy?

How is digital strategy different from a marketing plan?
A marketing plan focuses on channels and campaigns. A digital strategy is broader, it includes tech stack, operations, customer journey, internal tooling, and the marketing layer. Marketing sits inside digital strategy.
How long does a digital strategy engagement take?
Our Strategy Sprint takes 4 weeks from kick-off to executive presentation. Full Transformation engagements run 8–12 weeks. Ongoing fractional CDO retainers are minimum 6 months.
Do you only do strategy, or also execution?
Both, but we can do strategy-only. Many clients hire us for the strategy then execute with their in-house team or other vendors. About 70% of strategy clients return for execution within 6 months.
