Migrate, scale, and save up to 40% on IT
Cloud consulting, migration, and ongoing DevOps for Singapore SMEs. AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, vendor-neutral, certified, and built to scale.
Is your infrastructure working against you?
If you said yes to any of these, your cloud bill is probably 30%+ higher than it needs to be.
Expensive infrastructure
Over-provisioned VMs, idle reserved capacity, forgotten test environments draining your budget.
Unexpected downtime
Single-region, single-AZ deployments. One outage and your business stops.
Can't scale fast
Black Friday spike? Sale weekend? Manual scaling that takes hours kills momentum.
Security gaps
Open S3 buckets, hard-coded credentials, ancient OS images, ticking time bombs.
Full-stack cloud, end-to-end
From the first VPC to the last alert. We build it, we run it, we keep it secure.
Multi-cloud expertise
AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, certified architects on staff. Vendor-neutral recommendations.
Lift-and-shift migration
On-prem to cloud, cloud-to-cloud, hosted-to-managed, all with rollback safety nets.
Cost optimisation audits
Right-sizing, reserved instances, savings plans, unused resource clean-up. Most clients save 20–40%.
Auto-scaling architecture
Handle traffic spikes automatically. No more "we crashed during the sale" stories.
Backup & disaster recovery
Automated daily backups, cross-region replication, tested DR playbook. Defined RTO/RPO targets.
DevOps & CI/CD
Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Pulumi, infrastructure as code, deploys in minutes.
24/7 monitoring
Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch, with alerts that wake the right person at the right time.
Cloud security baseline
IAM hardening, secret management, WAF, encryption at rest/in transit. PDPA-aligned by default.
From assessment to live in the cloud
Assess
Audit current infra, workloads, costs, security. Recommend target architecture. Weeks 1–2.
Plan
Phased migration plan, risk register, rollback procedures, timeline. Week 3.
Migrate
Build target environment, sync data, test, cutover in low-traffic windows. Weeks 4–10.
Operate
Monitor, optimise, patch, scale, with a managed retainer if you want us on-call.

SG e-commerce, 38% lower cloud bill in 90 days
Client was paying SGD 12k/month on AWS for a workload that should have been SGD 7k. Combined right-sizing, savings plans, S3 lifecycle policies, and removing 3 idle environments cut the bill by 38%. We then containerised the main app for elastic scaling during sale events.
E-commerce CTOLifestyle Brand (SG)Cloud questions, answered
Which cloud provider should I choose?
It depends on workload and budget. AWS is the broadest with the deepest service catalogue (best for most). Azure is strong if you use Microsoft tools heavily. GCP is great for data and ML workloads. DigitalOcean is cost-effective for simpler workloads. We are vendor-neutral and recommend based on fit, not commission.
How much does cloud migration cost?
Cloud assessments start at SGD 2,500. Lift-and-shift migrations for a typical SME workload range SGD 6,500–15,000. Re-architecture projects (containerisation, serverless) range SGD 15,000–50,000+ depending on complexity.
Will moving to the cloud actually save money?
Usually yes, but only if architected properly. We typically reduce IT spend 20–40% in year one through right-sizing, reserved instances, savings plans, and removing legacy redundancy. Done badly, cloud can cost more than on-prem, which is why the audit comes first.
How long does cloud migration take?
A simple lift-and-shift of a single application takes 2–4 weeks. Multi-app migrations with re-architecture take 8–16 weeks. Enterprise multi-region rollouts can run 3–9 months. We always migrate in phases to limit risk.
Can you maintain our cloud infrastructure ongoing?
Yes. Many clients keep us on a managed retainer covering 24/7 monitoring, patching, cost reviews, security scans, and on-call response. Retainers start at SGD 1,800/month.
